Membership and Refund Policy
Membership Terms:
SingleDad, Inc. (the “SingleDad”) offers both annual and month-to-month membership programs on its website, SingleDad.com (the “Site”). The terms of membership renewal are detailed below. SingleDad reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, including the right to modify or discontinue the terms of membership.
Annual Membership Auto-Renew, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:
All annual memberships to the Site are "auto-renewing," meaning we will bill your credit card each year on the annual anniversary of your subscription, until you cancel. For example, if you activate your membership on January 1, 2008, your next billing date will be January 1, 2009. For billing purposes, we will keep your credit card information on file and may ask you occasionally to update it. You may cancel your annual membership to the Site prior to the billing date to avoid future charges by notifying SingleDad in writing or via the Site. Should you decide to terminate your membership within thirty (30) days after the billing period began by notifying SingleDad in writing or via the Site, you will be entitled to a full refund, but access to the Site will be terminated immediately. If you do not terminate your membership within thirty (30) days after the billing cycle begins, you will not be entitled to any refund, but your access to the Site included with your membership will continue until the next billing date. We do not provide partial-annual (prorated) refunds.
Monthly Subscription Auto-Renew, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:
All monthly subscriptions are "auto-renewing," meaning we will bill your credit card each month, on the anniversary of the calendar day of your subscription, until you cancel. If the calendar day on which you subscribed does not exist in the following month(s), the billing date will be the last day of the following month. For example, if you subscribe on June 10, your next billing date is July 10. If you subscribe on March 31, your next billing date is April 30. For billing purposes, we will keep your credit card information on file and may occasionally ask you to update it. You may cancel your monthly subscription prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges by notifying SingleDad in writing or via the Site. You may also convert your monthly subscription to an annual subscription anytime. If you terminate your membership within seven (7) days after the beginning of a billing cycle, you will be entitled to a full refund, but your access to the Site will be terminated immediately. If you have had a subscription for more than 7 days and you choose to cancel, you will not be entitled to any refund, but access to the Site will continue until the next billing date. We do not provide partial-month (prorated) refunds.
