Quiksilver
Dad

The iconic brand of beachwear brings a
relaxed, cool and comfortable feel to just about anything. Our Dad panel on
SingleDad couldn’t decide on just one item; they liked a bunch of Quiksilver stuff for Dads:

shortsshorts

Board
Shorts:
The New Scallop Design/Collection. These
trunks have a Classic fit, not baggy like or trying too hard look too young. The 18"
&19" inch length in these shorts make every body type look good and we see this style of shorts to be a hit with the "Cool Dad" look this summer. ($49- $69)

Watches:

Dads still use watches. QuickSilver offers a Modern and Classic
looks.

shoeshoe

Shoes
:

lucky shoes.High abrassion suede upper with ballistic nylon
underlays, Antiqued brass / pewter metal eyelets and Heavy duty nylon woven

Skinny Jeans or Docker’s for Dad

Our Staff of Dads here at SingleDad agree: It’s time to move away from the skinny jeans and Docker’s and find a comfortable and stylish medium. We recommend these comfortable
straight, slim straight Quiksilver Jeans with color for Dads this summer.($55-$65)

hathathat

Hats: Get Your Dad a Hat that speaks to
him…Quiksilver has a variety of hats that fit every personality. We liked the "Diggler Hat", Boards
Hat, Ryan Trucker Hat. ($18- $30)

Real
Dads wear Boots

boots

For the Inner-Cowboy in every Dad, why not
get Dad a matching set of boots with a new cowboy hat. Justin Boots have a classic, everyday look without looking like a
"City-Folk". Try the Justin Distressed, Vintage, Goat Western Boots.
These boots look "worked in" and feel just the same as they appear. Soft goatskin
makes these boots comfortable for everyday wear. ($249)

hathat

Cowboy
Hat

The new Jason Aldean Collection of Cowboy hats from Resistol Hats have our staff attention
with style, quality and affordability, ($40). Our Cowboy Junkies on our staff couldn’t agree between the Black and the Natural color, so we picked both. Nothing speaks cowboy better than
a "worked in" cowboy hat.

Sportswear

Bring your Dad back up to date with the
latest technology in sportswear. Try any of these suggestions from our staff:

Track
Jacket
:

Addidas: $75

Puma: $75

tracktrack

These warm up jackets carry "serious cred" in the locker room or out
in the streets. They are both versatile and stylish for the Dad who wants
options.

Shorts,
Tanks, Underwear: Under Amour

shorts

boxer

The science of keeping you dry, warm, cool
and looking great is what UnderArmour has captured in their summer workout line.
Get Dad a new pair of gym shorts or work out gear. Get Dad the new line of
"Boxerjock" underwear. Keep your "Boys" cool, dry, and intact with the
ultra-soft cotton boxers in a variety of colors. (2 for $35)

Scent
of a Dad…

The
key to a perfect summer cologne is to make Dad smell fresh and clean all day…
We found these two as our top smells of summer for Dads.

guess

Guess- Seductive Homme Blue: The "woody" back notes on this
cologne make this pick for the sophisticated Dad. The scent gave our Dad
tester’s the feeling that they could wear this cologne all day without feeling
too "Perfumey", Translation: the scent stays fresh. ($49)

DG

Dolce & Gabbana, The ONE
Sport:

Light on the citrus and "fresh soapy" scent, this is the third installment of
"The One" from D&G and I think this is my favorite. Our Dad Staff liked the
"clean scent" feeling that is necessary when summer heats up. Available at Macy’s ($99)

Talladega Nights… well, almost.

camaro

We
were dreaming big at our offices and every Dad in our group agreed: We all want
to be Rock Stars on the Asphalt. Bob Bondurant Driving School offers a Father’s Day Special. Spend Father’s Day behind a 422-Horsepower

Time to Chill with a Grill

No
Father’s Day is complete without a back yard BBQ. Weber Grills have been around
for years and can fit a grill for any Dad on any budget. Our favorite grill is
the classic "Kettle Grill". Simple to use and easy to maintain; Weber Grills
are an American Classic. Just add the charcoal and you are set.

You the Man with Pots and Pans.

All Clad

Our
Cook Like A Dad
contributor could not resist his Father’s Day request for a new
set of Pans from All-Clad. When we
asked him to be more specific, he just said, "Anything Stainless Steel from All-Clad is a cause for celebration in
my kitchen". We say, "Whatever dude".

All
we know is that these pans are high quality and built outlast any Dad in the
kitchen. You can find a variety of All-Clad items on their website and are
featured at most department stores.

high west

In good taste: Whiskey Please

vegas golf

Dads Ultimate, 2-Stop Road Trip:

Every
Dad needs a vacation from the everyday grind. If you are looking to impress
your Dad this Father’s Day, our group of Dad’s came up with their own, dream,
3-Day Vacation Plan. When there’s Las Vegas in the travel plans, what could be
better?

hard rock

Hard Rock Hotel, Las Vegas: Every Dad can appreciate Las
Vegas and staying at the Hard Rock Hotel just makes your Las Vegas experience a
little better. The weather is hot in the summer, but that just means that the
hotel room rates are going to be lower and you have to spend more time at the
pool and be hospitable to the hotel guests. Give the Hard Rock a call for reservations and make this
hotel your, "Base Camp" for your 3-day stay.

Just
over an hour away….

wolf creek

Wolf Creek Golf Club, Mesquite: Just over an hour outside of
Vegas is Mesquite, home to some of the best golf clubs in Nevada. Wolf Creek is
our Dads choice for an incredible golf experience. This pristine golf course is
laid out across some of the most beautiful desert-scape you will ever see. The
course is fun, but has it’s challenges. Worth the drive and the experience.

Now
get back to the Hard Rock!
