If you have a limited amount of time to work out, try these pushups with your kids. Just don't let them fall off.
Necessary Things:
- Strong back/abs
- Kids who won't fall off
Step 1:
Place a child on your back and go for it!
Tips and Tricks:
- For a variation, you can put your knees on the ground if your back begins to hurt. Do 7-15 reps as you're able.
Warnings:
- Kids need to be stable or they will fall off, which will either make everyone laugh or cry. Either way, your workout will be over.
