  • Strong back/abs
  • Kids who won't fall off

Step 1:

Place a child on your back and go for it!

Tips and Tricks:

  • For a variation, you can put your knees on the ground if your back begins to hurt. Do 7-15 reps as you're able.

Warnings:

  • Kids need to be stable or they will fall off, which will either make everyone laugh or cry. Either way, your workout will be over.
