Introduction (Summary)

Every Dad likes to mix some Veggies with his Beef and our friends at DeDeMed.com show you a fast and easy recipe- Click here to read more!

Necessary Things:

  • This recipe will feed a Family of 4
  • Ingredients:
  • A Grill
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 Pkg Mushrooms ( optional)
  • 1 Large White Onion
  • 6-8 Wooden Skewers ( make sure you soaked them in water for at least 1 hour)
  • 2 lbs of Felit Mignon (Cubed into 2 inches)
  • 2 Tsp of Salt, Black Pepper and “7” Spices (each)
  • 2 Tsp of Olive Oil

Step 1:

One of my favorite Mediterranean recipes is Shish Kabob. My dear friend DeDe is sharing her video with SingleDad on her favorite recipe for all of us men who love red meat and our daily dose of veggies!

Step 2:

Before you get started with the recipe, begin soaking the skewers right now and have your grill pre heating to around “Med hi” temp ( 375*)

Step 3:

Cube Veggies first. Then prepare the meat by mixing the dry spices and add olive oil into the mixture as you prep the meat in a large mixing bowl. Get down and dirty and use your hands when mixing the spices with the meat.

Step 4:

When you start putting the meat on the skewer, make sure you alternate the Veggies between the Meats. This is important to get the flavors of the veggies mixed into the meat. 7 minutes on each side for Medium Rare, 12 Minutes for Medium well. Serve with brown rice and a beer and you are set!

Step 5:

My SingleDad advice is to take a look at this video and share your results with other members as a “comment” on this “How To”. For more information on Dede and her magical Mediterranean recipes, go to her website at: www.DeDeMed.com

Tips and Tricks:

  • Soak your Skewers and pre-heat your grill. You can pair the meal with brown rice or a salad.
