I once walked on the beach with someone, sat down and chatted in the dark and saw right into her. She was absolutely beautiful that night.

End of the night, great mood, homemade margarita in hand and a phone call from my mom who's watching the boys. She was supposed to take the boys to her house. Instead, she's at my house and wants to know how to turn on my TV. I do my best to coach her through, but she can't figure it out and now the mood is gone and my date is falling asleep. I crawl behind her on the huge chair and we both fall asleep.
I wake up at some point, which wakes her up. And she says the worst words I could ever have heard on a date: "You should go...your mom's waiting for you." Nightmare... |
