And the fact that she tried to make out with him didn’t even scare him away from pursuing his lifelong dream of working in the fashion industry.

RJ: What is the best advice you can give to a newly divorced dad who is looking to get out and date? Rocco: First, do not think of yourself as a newly divorced person, but someone who wants a new start. If you exude confidence, you will draw people in. In terms of how to dress when you do get out there, everything starts from the shoes up. Women look at shoes and the watch you are wearing first, so my advice would be build your outfit from the ground up.

Rj: What are age appropriate style recommendations for a newly divorced dads in his 20s, 30s and 40s? Rocco:I could go into detail for each age range, but overall I would say black never goes out of style. A lot of people say dress how you feel, but the reality is if you aren't feeling well and you put on a nice outfit, you feel better about yourself. So dress how you want to feel, rather than the other way around. Also, keep in mind to dress how you want to be treated. If you walk into an upper class place with baggy and mismatched clothing, you will be treated differently than if you walked into the same place dressed to impress.

RJ: What are some good Spring basics that every man should have in his wardrobe? Rocco:Basics that every man should have in their wardrobe would be black dress shoes, a crisp button down shirt and a nice fitting pair of designer jeans. For Spring specifically, invest in a good pair of sunglasses and a good leather belt that you can wear with any outfit. Also do not be afraid of color when shopping. More and more men are wearing a variety of colors in their everyday looks.
