Pizza, healthy? Start with chicken breast strips, which have minimal
saturated fat, making them a more nutrient-rich choice than sausage and
pepperoni. Cook off your own boneless, skinless chicken for the strips,
or buy time-saving bags of precooked chicken strips. Whether you use
full-fat cheese or reduced-fat versions, they all provide an ample boost
of calcium for bone and tooth health. Convenient prebaked whole-wheat
pizza crusts are widely available, so getting more whole grains every
day is easier.
